At Abby Pet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges or refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid original receipt.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that due to logistical constraints and inventory management, Abby Pet is unable to process exchanges for products at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
